Job summary

The Red Hat Business Architecture team is looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join us in Westford, MA. In this role, you'll conduct outreach to Red Hat Certified Cloud and Service Providers (CCSPs) to ensure the latest versions of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) are certified. You will update their listings and partner information in the Customer Portal, and you'll collaborate with your teammates to develop materials needed to introduce new solutions to cloud providers. Primary job responsibilities

  • Create business and technical content to support new CCSP product releases
  • Analyze customer data on use of Cloud Access and create reports for sharing the data
  • Look at cloud customer usage data and create reports based on the analysis
  • Communicate effectively with partners
  • Present to our team and other product and sales teams

Required skills

  • Excellent analytical skills and creative thinking
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid writing skills
  • Interest in learning business models
  • Good understanding of common marketing concepts.
  • Experience using business software and productivity tools like OpenOffice, Google Docs, IRC, etc.

The following is considered a plus:

  • Basic understanding of current technologies like cloud computing, Linux, virtualization, containers, etc.
  • Some knowledge of technical marketing
  • Marketing courses
