Job summary

The Red Hat Developer program is looking for a Marketing Intern to join us in Westford, MA. In this role, you’ll need to be pursuing an MBA with a focus on marketing. You will work with the Developer Program team to develop and realize integrated marketing campaigns and program enhancements for the Developer Program. You’ll collaborate on campaigns that will look at the U.S. market and be a part of international expansion in developer acquisition. As a Marketing Intern, you will help implement, as part of the program, all components of campaign and program development, including strategy. You’ll work across the internal partner base, helping us scale awareness, demand generation, acquisition, conversion and life cycle management.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Contribute to marketing strategy for awareness and adoption of Red Hat’s offerings
  • Create and implement demand generation or life cycle management campaigns, including agency meetings, analysis of campaign metrics, and the creative component
  • Perform marketing research and analysis to further the Red Hat Developer mission
  • Contribute to event strategy; manage event components from planning to implementation
  • Guide deep analysis of results and share findings with broader team
