The Red Hat IT Sales team is looking for a Platform Owner to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will provide platform ownership for the Direct Sales team’s implementation of Salesforce.com. You will work closely with business process owners to streamline new and existing processes and improve overall business efficiency of direct sales routes. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with business process owners to improve the use and capabilities of the system to support Red Hat's sales, marketing, and offering line efficiency and effectiveness. You will develop and communicate a vision for the usage of this platform and see your vision through to completion. This will be accomplished by successfully describing features, collaborating and communicating with the Technical Development Delivery team, reviewing work results, and tracking and forecasting progress.
