The Red Hat Products and Technologies (PnT) team is looking for a Program Manager to join our Program Management team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team responsible for coordinating release reporting across the Red Hat’s solutions portfolio, especially as it relates to technical sales enablement for all geographies. You’ll work to support technical sales leaders in North America (NA), Asia Pacific (APAC), Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Latin America (LATAM) regions regarding all aspects of release readiness for emerging lines of offerings. To facilitate the global communications process, you will be responsible for the preparation, implementation, follow-up, and continuous improvement of regular readiness synchronization meetings between product development and technical sales teams. As a Program Manager, you’ll need to be familiar with program management standards, apply your skills and experience to facilitate collaboration with your teams, and be motivated and accountable for your own commitments and deliverables. You’ll also need to have outstanding communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
