The Red Hat Digital Marketing Strategy team is looking for a Database Nurture Manager to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you'll be responsible for global, automated nurture marketing programs designed to segment and address contacts where they are in their buying cycle. You will primarily help improve the overall velocity of our database and ultimately surface the highest-quality leads to the Sales team, and accelerate customer buying cycles. You'll create strategies and design campaigns to deliver relevant content and offers to these segments to help deliver qualified leads, increase engagement, and accelerate purchase timeframes. As a Database Nurture Manager, you will work closely with the email strategists and other team members to maintain alignment with best practices, Red Hat brand standards, and desired outcomes for templates and key messaging.
