Job summary

The Red Hat Global Services Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Project Manager in Raleigh, NC, to oversee the production and delivery of internal enablement and awareness for Red Hat Consulting. In this role, you’ll be primarily responsible for the project and program management of very visible monthly global initiatives that promote the capabilities and success of Red Hat Consulting customer loyalty and success. You will work alongside the services marketing team and closely with the worldwide services, sales, and marketing teams to coordinate on-time monthly content delivery, to develop new internal enablement initiatives, and help bring multi-channel, solution-focused messages to the organization.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Manage cross-organizational projects to develop and deliver communications raising internal awareness for Red Hat Consulting capabilities and successes
  • Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and team members across the globe
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication and collaboration between geographies and amongst sales, marketing, and delivery teams
  • Define and oversee process and tools for tracking and accelerating workflow
  • Coordinate and manage a monthly pipeline of global customer engagement activity and participants articulating the value delivered by the organization to customers
  • Ensure timely review of materials to meet publication dates
  • Lead regular meetings to communicate project status and ensure key stakeholders are aware of program activity
  • Coordinate the setup and delivery of regular newsletters and other digital content to internal audiences   
  • Influence and support strategy definition and implementation
  • Identify gaps and shortcomings in communication projects, contribute ideas and designs to address them, and collaborate on implementation
  • Collaborate on the evolution of internal marketing with new ideas, recommended enhancements, and improvement opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally and with services marketing team members to identify strategic content integration points

Required skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in the technology industry
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to use project tracking software and applications
  • Active, resourceful contributor and collaborator with the ability to tactfully take command of meeting objectives against regular deadlines
  • Solid interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage large workloads and meet deadlines
  • Strategic and critical thinking with the ability to interpret technical content
