    Job summary

    The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for a flexible Senior Principal Program Marketing Manager to join the Financial Services Industry (FSI) Vertical Marketing team. In this role, you’ll have the responsibility for marketing cross portfolio emerging technology solutions across vertical industries and into Red Hat’s most strategic accounts. With the rapid growth of emerging technologies and demand for highly targeted marketing, the Account Based Marketing and Vertical team feels open, however, you will have the support and resources of an established company. This role can be located in Raleigh or Charlotte, NC, New York City, Chicago, IL, or Boston, MA.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Collaborate with product marketing and campaign teams to align FSI go-to-market strategy with product strategy
    • Develop FSI go-to-market strategy to include strategic partner engagement, global industry events, and social engagement
    • Guide executive engagement program to increase Red Hat awareness in FSI accounts
    • Lead FSI messaging for go-to-market activities including demand generation programs, events,   and campaign alignment
    • Engage campaign teams to guide content development to create integrated FSI campaign content solutions aligned with FSI customer buyer’s journey
    • Design industry surveys to monitor state of emerging technologies and levels of adoption for inclusion in integrated go-to-market activities
    • Build and implement industry specific plays customized for FSI customers

    Required skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
    • 7-10 years of experience in high tech and FSI
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and vertical programs simultaneously
    • Great writing skills to effectively communicate key messages for impactful go-to-market campaigns
    • Successful direct and digital marketing campaign, social media planning, and implementation experience
