Help us increase Red Hat Training brand awareness, encourage peer to peer learning and promote customer loyalty. The Red Hat Training and Certification team is looking for a highly motivated Learning Community Manager to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you’ll build a Red Hat Learning Community that will be a space that will facilitate peer-to-peer learning, allow the ability to create user generated content, digest technical content in the form of videos, blog posts, and forum discussions. You will be part of a high-performing, globally distributed team working cross-functionally, collaborating with Marketing, Customer Experience, Web, Social Media, and a variety of teams within Red Hat Training to ensure successful implementation and delivery of the Learning Community to current and prospective training users. Once the Red Hat Community is live in production, you will be responsible for overall program management, community integrations, governance, reporting, coordination across multiple teams, and intersecting projects as well as guiding the strategic vision and future planning for the Community.
