In this role, you will join a team responsible for ensuring Red Hat's compensation programs enhance our ability to attract and retain the high tech industries best talent. You’ll work in an exciting, fast-paced environment focused on growth. You will be the key player in enabling that growth by consulting and offering strategy development feedback on compensation programs that fit into our Total Rewards philosophy for base salary, short-term and long-term incentive plans, compensation communications and training, as well as compensation technology and tools.
