The Red Hat People team is looking for a Director for the Employment Brand and Talent programs to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will play a critical role in taking Red Hat’s talent attraction strategy to the next level as we continue to grow and scale for the future. You’ll be responsible for evangelizing the Employer Value Proposition and bringing innovative new attraction ideas to life at Red Hat by leading the team responsible for Employment Branding strategy. You’ll use social media, events, marketing, and communications as influenced by Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition strategies. We will need you to help us define and integrate key strategies while managing the ongoing success of the strategic relationships, initiatives, and programs through impact measures.
