    Job summary

    The Red Hat Global Partners and Alliances (GPA) team is looking for a Program Manager to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you’ll help manage a company-wide initiative called One Partner Experience (OPE). You will help ensure we track and communicate status of project, what is going well, what are the dependencies, and coordinate the various work streams and timelines associated with this initiative.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information
    • Use tools to monitor workstream status, plans, and dependencies
    • Facilitate in creating executive summary and maintain dashboard status
    • Organize face to face workshops
    • Maintain roadmap of partner enhancements including tools, systems, processes, and content across multiple functional areas
    • Research competitive program features and provide recommendations
    • Use analyst data to synthesize competitive information, trends, etc.
    • Open Purchase Orders associated with outsource components of the project and report on budget status

    Required skills

    • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or postgraduate is a plus
    • 3+ years of related IT industry experience, preferably with an enterprise software company
    • Proven record managing large-scale programs and projects, preferred partner programs
    • Ability to work in matrix organization to guide results
    • Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; good presentation skills
    • Process, planning, and project management skills
    • Motivated, passionate, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical
    • Demonstrated ability to plan and set priorities, identify and resolve problems to produce measurable results
    • Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) or other partner relationship management systems is a plus
    • Knowledge of open source software and Global Experience is an advantage
