The Red Hat Customer Content Services team is looking for an Associate Content Strategist to join the Red Hat OpenShift Product Documentation team in Raleigh, NC or Westford, MA. In this role, you will oversee the creation and implementation of a comprehensive strategy that defines content standards to support key business objectives and develop strategies for achieving these standards. You’ll define processes and policies to enable rapid adoption of new content specifications in response to stakeholder and customer demand. As an Associate Content Strategist, you will work closely with our product management and product marketing teams, engineering and development teams, content services teams, and our customer experience teams to ensure that our content meets the needs of all internal stakeholders and provides outstanding customer experience.
