    Job summary

    The Red Hat Information Technology (IT) team is looking for a Senior Integrations Lead to join one of our agile IT teams in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will partner with other solutions delivery, IT infrastructure and architecture, and third-party system teams to define and carry out FinancialForce professional services automation (PSA) system integration (SI) strategy, architecture, road map, and service capabilities. You’ll evaluate the state of enterprise application integration (EAI) technologies being used, the strategies and roadmaps of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and FinancialForce PSA enterprise applications, and general EAI industry trends and directions to define our overall EAI strategy, architecture, roadmap, and delivery capabilities. If you have the experience and skills, we will also consider principal-level candidates. Remote candidates from located in the U.S. will be considered. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Provide transformational leadership as we build a robust, scalable integration for our FinancialForce PSA solution
    • Define and carry out FinancialForce PSA EAI strategy and roadmap and establish delivery standards and capabilities with a focus on innovation and agility
    • Work closely with a mature agile team to carry out created strategy and lead the technical implementation of all FinancialForce PSA application integrations
    • Engage with organizational teams outside your own reporting structure across a global IT enterprise, moving integration project activities forward
    • Develop processes and procedures to ensure that new services and changes to existing services are consistent with the target architecture
    • Display initiative and motivation and deliver high-quality work while at the same time meeting all deadlines for internal customers
    • Apply your experience in RESTful and SOAP web services, including SFDC APIs, in support of our SFDC integrations with other third-party applications and enterprise systems
    • Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members, including offshore team members

    Required skills

    • 10 years of progressive experience delivering enterprise integration services and leading the  support, enhancement, and expansion of EAI for a global enterprise
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively architect technical solutions within a diverse technical team of SIs, contractors, and internal IT teams
    • Extensive experience architecting integrations with on-premise or Software-as-a-Solution (SaaS) technologies for enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), e-Commerce, or mobile (e.g., SFDC, Oracle, Concur, etc.)
    • Experience with high availability, fault tolerance, performance testing, and tuning parameters on multiple engagements
    • Four-year university degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar
    • Willingness to travel up to 20%
    • Working experience with FinancialForce PSA is a big plus
    • Proficiency in programming using JavaScript, HTML, and XML and  Apex and VisualForce experience are a big plus


    The following are considered a plus:

     

    • 6+ years of experience with development in Java, .NET, Python, or other language
    • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, JBossESB, or iPaaS integrations
    • Familiarity with the services industry and operations processes
