    Job summary

    The Strategy Insights and Operations team is looking for a Regional Marketing Data Analyst to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will support the North America (NA) Field Marketing team in campaign tracking, marketing activity reporting, and dashboarding needs. You’ll work closely with marketers to understand goals and objectives and develop reporting strategy to support their business. In addition to standard reporting, you will conduct ad hoc analysis to help identify the greatest opportunities for marketing activity efficiency and growth.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Consult with stakeholders and collaborate with other analysts to identify marketing activity data needs and develop actionable information aimed at answering key business questions
    • Evolve corporate foundational reporting to answer regional needs; serve as a point of contact between corporate and regional marketing to align reporting strategy and needs
    • Manage campaign tracking processes and identify areas for improvement
    • Measure success of digital marketing campaigns, report on campaign analytics, channel performance, and analyze large data sets to identify trends, root causes, and business improvement opportunities
    • Deliver standard marketing activity business reports and dashboards while leading regular ad hoc analyses
    • Enable self-service reporting through development of and training on standard reports and dashboards
    • Work with team members and cross-functional roles to align marketing activity data structure to other use cases of the data (i.e., alignment of the marketing data output to support Allocadia ROI reporting)

    Required skills

    • 3+ years of experience reporting marketing activity data
    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline; MBA is a plus
    • Working knowledge of SQL; demonstrated knowledge of relational database technologies is a plus
    • Solid technical reporting skills and insight; ability to recognize discrepancies across data sets
    • Data visualization experience, including the use of Tableau or similar tools
    • Experience building and automating reports
    • Ability to develop, own, and guide processes and successfully partner with other professionals; solid project management skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce.com (SFDC), and Eloqua
    • Highly motivated creative and critical thinker that thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous work environment
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team across geographically distributed teams and stakeholders
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the language of the business
