Red Hat's Public Sector Customer Success team is looking for an experienced, enterprise-level engineer to join us as an OpenShift Technical Account Manager in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. In this role, you will partner closely with public sector customers to provide architectural guidance and implementation advice for the OpenShift by Red Hat portfolio. You'll work closely with our Engineering, R&D, Product Management, and Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) teams to debug, test, and resolve issues. This is not a sales role.
