Red Hat's Global Customer Success team is looking for an experienced, enterprise-level engineer to join us as an OpenShift Technical Account Manager in the Western United States. In this role, you will partner closely with enterprise customers to provide architectural guidance and implementation advice for the OpenShift by Red Hat portfolio. You'll work closely with our Engineering, R&D, Product Management, and Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) teams to debug, test, and resolve issues.
