The Red Hat People (HR) team is looking for a Senior HR Strategist and Business Architect to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you’ll lead the process of developing effective global People team strategies. You will define and advance people initiatives in alignment with Red Hat's global strategy. You will be part of a diverse team, working collaboratively with HR consultants, Centers of Excellence teams (Recruiting, Compensation and Benefits, etc.), and business leaders to design and guide people strategies and align programs with company strategies to further develop the business. As a Senior HR Strategist and Business Architect, you'll provide methods of thinking about how to deal with the future challenges of Red Hat's talent and facilitate a process to guide decision-making in collaboration with strategy owners and key stakeholders. You will also collaborate with team members to ensure all people strategies are architected with a clear understanding of dependencies, connections, and risks. Success will be measured by your ability to design sustainable strategies which can be transitioned into global solutions.
