The Red Hat Customer Content Services team is looking for an organized and energetic Documentation Program Manager to join us in in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will partner with the content strategy and technical writing teams to put into motion comprehensive content plans that encompass feedback from a broad range of stakeholders. You'll work within release cycles of our offerings which are fast-paced and increasingly require solutions-based content to be created across technologies. As a Documentation Program Manager, you will play a critical role in the seamless implementation of content plans through resource allocation, capacity planning, status reporting, and problem-solving.
