The Red Hat Customer Content Services team is looking for a Technical Writer to our Red Hat Ceph Storage product documentation team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will work on far more than documentation. You will join a team that maintains their own source control repositories, manages their own testing, building and deployment software, and works closely with Engineering teams to develop working code examples. You'll also contribute to both upstream documentation and software projects, help lead the direction and content of Ceph documentation, participates in customer feedback programs to ensure customer relevancy of our content, and devote time to researching and understanding the solution as well as related trends and topics in microservices. As a Technical Writer, you’ll promote customer loyalty and success through content development and delivery. We create and are responsible for the feature documentation, user guides, and premium content that accompany Red Hat offerings, which will be made available online through Red Hat's customer portal. You'll work closely with developers, engineers, and other subject matter experts to create content that helps our customers successfully use our offerings and solutions.
