    Job summary

    The Red Hat Facilities team is looking for an experienced Facilities Data Analyst who specializes in real estate data analytics, modeling, and financial performance to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will work closely with global facilities management to develop and deliver data models, dashboards, key insights, and predictive analytics. You’ll need to have solid analytical, presentation, and communication skills and the ability to enable others in telling a compelling story using data. You’ll be expected to develop a deep understanding of Red Hat’s real estate strategies, organizational culture, and growth trends to tackle complex business challenges and deliver actionable insights and guidance to decision-makers. You’ll also need to have 3+ years of experience with analytics, financial management, business planning, and metrics, as well as knowledge of the real estate life cycle and expense forecasting and the ability to conceptualize future-state data architecture. As a Facilities Data Analyst, you will perform data mining, cleansing, and integrations, while being proficient in visualization design tools like Tableau. You’ll share your expertise, enable your business partners, construct data visualizations, and come up with advanced forecasting models, recommendations, and strategic and tactical plans. You’ll need to demonstrate resourcefulness, autonomy, and innovate creative ways to assess and cultivate the Red Hat’s workforce.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Deliver accurate real estate reports, analysis, and insights
    • Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytics needs
    • Create specifications for reports, visualizations, and program dashboards
    • Design attractive and impactful visualizations and infographics that efficiently enable decision-making
    • Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
    • Partner with finance and internal stakeholders to guide financial performance
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors on system issues, tickets, projects, and upgrades
    • Correlate data across multiple core platforms
    • Build, manage, and maintain facilities data mart
    • Partner with other business teams cross-functionally to lead Red Hat’s innovative approach to integrated real estate strategy, growth planning, and facilities scenario planning

    Required skills

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in real estate or financial analysis
    • Demonstrated customer orientation
    • Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like Oracle or SAP as key data sources
    • Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization platforms
    • Organized and detail-oriented with advanced design skills
    • Ability to work both collaboratively and on your own in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent interpersonal, team collaboration, and communication skills
    • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple priorities
    • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
