    Job summary

    The Red Hat Treasury team is looking for a Departmental Coordinator to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will support the Global Treasurer and partner with all of Red Hat’s Global Treasury team. You’ll provide day to day administrative, departmental, and project support.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Coordinate across Red Hat and external constituencies to support bank, insurance, and other time-sensitive requests including signature updates, tax forms, legal documentation, KYC requests
    • Coordinate with bank counterparties related to financial instruments
    • Organize and manage Treasury meetings and department calendar; engage and plan meetings with 3rd-party partners, including Banking and Insurance partners
    • Plan and organize travel and expense reports as needed
    • Manage Treasury purchase orders and invoices
    • Prepare, manage, and organize incoming and outgoing mail
    • Maintain office supplies inventory

    Required skills

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 5+ years of relevant experience; finance or treasury preferred
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills
    • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
    • Ability to analyze and revize operating practices to improve efficiency
    • Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Flexible, team player
    • Microsoft Office and equivalent programs proficiencies
