Red Hat’s Global Learning Services (GLS) team is looking for a Manager focused on content services to join us in Westford, MA or Raleigh, NC. In this role, you’ll need to be a revenue-oriented innovator with a solid grasp of the latest learning and development trends and next-generation training solutions for customers. You’ll manage a globally distributed team supporting the development of Red Hat’s excellent training courses and self-paced offerings. You’ll lead a team including instructional designer, technical editors, desktop publisher, and technical graphic designer, who provide advice, editing, and graphic design services to a team of course authors. You’ll also manage a team of videographer and editors who film, edit, and deploy our award-winning video-based courses. As a Manager, you will work strategically, helping to design and deploy innovative training offerings, and tactically, by managing continuous innovation and scrum practices used for regular developing and shipping of incremental releases for multiple offerings. You’ll challenge and nurture the team while finding new ways to raise the business value we provide. You’ll also use your analytical skills to estimate projects, measure performance, and report to senior leadership.
