    Job summary

    The People Analytics team is looking for an experienced HR Analytics Consultant to specialize in talent data analytics, modeling, and HR program partnership in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will work closely with talent program owners and People team consultants to develop and deliver executive presentations, key insights, and people analytics. You’ll develop a deep understanding of Red Hat’s talent strategies, organizational culture, and talent trends to tackle complex business challenges and deliver actionable insights and guidance to decision makers.   You should have knowledge of the talent life cycle, industry trends, and ability to research and identify organizational tipping points, capabilities, and correlations. As an HR Analytics Consultant, you will assess and cultivate the Red Hat workforce and you’ll often have to demonstrate resourcefulness, flexibility, and creative ways of thinking to interpret and explain your findings.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Deliver accurate HR reports, analysis, and insights
    • Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytics needs
    • Create specifications for reports, visualizations, and program dashboards
    • Design attractive and impactful visualizations and infographics that efficiently enable decision making
    • Perform reporting audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
    • Provide enablement to HR and business end users
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors on system issues, tickets, projects, and upgrades
    • Correlate data across hiring, engagement, longevity, and development
    • Assist team with analytics system deployments and lead operational excellence initiatives
    • Partner with program managers and cross-functionally to lead Red Hat’s innovative approach to integrated talent management

    Required skills

    • 5+ years experience with HR analytics, talent measurement, business planning, and metrics
    • Skilled in data mining, cleansing, integrations, and proficiency in visualization design tools
    • Graduate degree or equivalent work experience in HR analytics
    • Demonstrated consulting skills and customer orientation
    • Experience working with HRIS systems like ERP, ATS, and DBS as key data sources
    • Organized and detail-oriented with advanced capabilities in design
    • Ability to work collaboratively and on your own in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent interpersonal, team collaboration, and communication skills
    • Ability to manage time efficiently and manage multiple priorities
    • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Great consulting, presentation, technical, and analytical skills as well as the ability to enable others to tell a compelling story using data
    • Ability to share their expertise and enable their HR partners
    • Ability to construct professional presentations, advanced forecasting models, recommendations, and strategic and tactical plans
