    Job summary

    The Red Hat Global Real Estate team is looking for a Business Process Analyst Intern to join us in Raleigh, NC. You'll support Analytics and Tools division of Red Hat's Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team. You’ll support Red Hat's Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team. You will assist with analyzing, documenting, and improving Facilities team processes and programs for the Tools and Analytics sub-team in close collaboration with global functional teams and the Facilities team business partners to lead best practices in our programmatic processes.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Analyze core business processes and generate recommendations for improvement
    • Document processes and optimize methodology for storing and presenting the material on internal web
    • Perform training or education of processes to global team on as needed basis
    • Support data visualization activities (Tableau)
    • Work with departmental partners to understand their best practices and share back with our team
    • Support ad hoc data analysis requests from global team

    Required skills

    • Working toward degree in business administration
    • Anticipated graduation no earlier than December 2019
    • Results-oriented with solid written and verbal communications skills
    • Knowledge of process diagramming and process improvement
    • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Good computer skills, including spreadsheets and presentations
    • Advanced English language skills
    • Experience with Tableau is a plus
