    Job summary

    The Red Hat Digital Marketing Strategy team is looking for a Digital Architect to join our Digital Activation team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will work closely with digital strategists and be an innovator who is technically conversant and able to transform wireframe concepts into digitally feasible and strategically sound blueprints to lead demand. We are looking for an enthusiastic and structured professional who can discuss digital at a business and technical level in a fast-paced environment. This role will require you to be a holistic thinker and builder that understands how the inbound funnel progresses, from turning unknown to known contacts to qualified prospects and sales-ready leads. You should be able to manage multiple projects in various phases and balance strategic thinking with tactical implementation.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Assess and fully understand the strategic project’s desired outcome and key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Own the digital solution architecture from end-to-end, including segmentation, martech activation, lead flow, and accurate campaign tracking
    • Spearhead segmentation build-out and activation to guide funnel conversion and velocity
    • Lead efforts to ensure database growth of in-profile contacts (organic and third-party)
    • Coordinate with Marketing Operations on data ecosystem and contact workflows
    • Liaison with Market Development team on prospect volume and quality and establish what areas need to be adjusted

    Required skills

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field
    • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
    • Track record in development and execution of successful digital programs
    • Demonstrated commitment to making an immediate impact through a positive and engaged personality
    • Excellent presentation and collaboration skills to guide solutions, gain credibility, and build rapport within a high-performance team environment
    • Passion for “connecting the dots” across people, processes, and technology

    The following will be considered a plus:

    • Experience in IT or technology marketing
    • Inbound marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations background
    • Experience in Salesforce and Marketing Automation platforms
