The Red Hat is looking for a Web Development Intern to join us in Boston, MA. In this role, you'll join a multi-disciplinary, international software engineering team working on creating the front-end for the ChRIS project, a joint project between Red Hat, Boston Children's Hospital, and the Massachusetts Open Cloud. This open source project seeks to standardize and cloud-enable medical image processing plugins on top of the Red Hat OpenShift. The web interface you will build will enable researchers to find and apply these plugins to their data and process it in the Massachusetts open cloud. You will work closely with a mentor on developing new features and addressing existing defects and bugs in this interface. This internship is perfect for students studying computer science with experience in web development and an interest in human computer interaction and user experience who are passionate about making a positive difference in the world through technological innovation.
