Create and edit content that helps our customers understand our offerings and find the best solutions for their needs. The Red Hat Customer Content Services team is looking for a Technical Writer to join our Red Hat Virtualization Product Documentation team in Ra'anana, Israel. In this role, you will be part of a team that promotes customer loyalty and success through content development and delivery. You'll create and be responsible for customer-facing technical documentation that accompanies Red Hat's offerings, which will be made available online through the Red Hat Customer Portal. You'll define the scope of, quality test, and deliver writing projects while maintaining a customer focus by participating in existing feedback programs and consistently developing your technical expertise. As a Technical Writer, you will build on your passion for both technology and communication and you'll work closely with developers, engineers, field teams and support engineers, and other subject matter experts.
