    Job summary

    The Red Hat Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Renewals Analyst to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you’ll perform renewal validation analysis and dispute management in support of Red Hat's Global Sales Operations team. You will be the primary interface for sales operations renewal teams for all validation and dispute management pre- and post-renewal transactions.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Develop Sales dispute management process to resolve new and renewal related disputes
    • Work closely with global and regional sales and operations teams to resolve disputes
    • Perform necessary research on disputes and process potential adjustments to ensure accurate new and renewal measurements
    • Track and review all the disputes opened by sales and respond within the agreed timeframes
    • Communicate and provide regular ongoing updates on disputes, while also reviewing and ensuring supporting documentation is valid
    • Work closely with appropriate departments to ensure data accuracy is maintained

    Required skills

    • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3-4 years of experience
    • Ability to understand complex system logic and processes and use this knowledge to analyze strategic decisions
    • Experience collaborating with sales teams to gather critical information and deliver data-driven analyses and recommendations
    • Ability to use different tools like Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, QlikView, or SAS along with broader techniques to create innovative solutions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Experience working for or working with Sales for incentives dispute management
    • Solid spreadsheet skills with demonstrated experience managing large data sets
    • Experience doing automation using Excel or any other programming language
    • Experience developing Salesforce.com reports as well as understanding of Salesforce.com Sales CRM
    • Ability to communicate complex system and process issues in simple and understandable terms, and to use this knowledge to deliver analysis to support strategic decisions
    • Previous experience in programming, scripting, or writing database SQL code is a plus
    • Prior experience using Python or any scripting language is an advantage
