    Job summary

    The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for a Senior Global CCSP Partner Marketing Manager to join us in California. In this role, you will work closely with Red Hat's diverse and  growing community of Certified Cloud and Service Provider (CCSP) channel partners like Amazon Web Services (AWS), SoftLayer, Google, etc. You’ll serve as the key member of the Partner Marketing team and the primary marketing point of contact between Red Hat’s marketing, product management, and sales teams and our CCSP partner marketing counterparts. As a Senior Global CCSP Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, prioritizing, and carrying out compelling go-to-market strategies with and for CCSPs to expand the channel footprint and to grow the customer base.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Maintain primary global contact between partner and internal cross-functional teams to develop and realize marketing programs that create awareness of Red Hat’s solutions and educate and support our original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners
    • Guide and deliver alignment and key marketing initiatives to targeted OEMs and alliances
    • Develop and realize marketing programs to create awareness of Red Hat’s solutions to educate and support partners
    • Adapt and respond to the needs of multiple partners in various life cycle stages in multiple regions and markets
    • Develop and promote joint messaging, positioning, value propositions, and campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including marketing collateral, presentations, web, social media, intranet, etc.
    • Work with targeted OEMs to ensure Red Hat’s presence in key OEM solutions, offerings, and campaigns
    • Create webinars, seminars, and live events that will be aligned with regional marketing teams and realized locally via the OEMs and their partner ecosystems
    • Manage and track partner activities, events, spending, and budgets
    • Collaborate with various internal teams and associates to achieve success
    • Collaborate with the campaigns team to develop best practices and event support for activities
    • funded by market development funds (MDF)

    Required skills

    • Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
    • 7+ years of channel marketing or service marketing experience
    • Experience working with partners to develop and carry out joint marketing plans
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines when necessary
    • Creative problem-solver and resourceful in meeting channel marketing program goals to grow market share in this segment
