The Red Hat Global Learning Services (GLS) team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will lead the continued development of the Red Hat Learning Subscription program. This fast-growing platform delivers tremendous value for Red Hat’s customers and is the most important part of our digital learning transformation. You will become responsible for product planning and realization throughout the product life cycle for Red Hat’s digital learning experience. Your responsibilities will include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining and guiding the strategy and vision for Red Hat Learning Subscription, as well as closely working with key stakeholders within Red Hat and with our customers to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are being met. As a Product Manager responsible for Red Hat’s training digital delivery platforms, you will need to have a balance of technical and business insight along with a focus on delivery and realization.You’ll need to be passionate about creating a compelling vision of our digital learning experience for the customer journey and have the ability to translate that vision into a roadmap for success.
