    Job summary

    The Red Hat Global Learning Services (GLS) team is looking for an experienced business development and marketing support professional to join us as a Global Learning Program Manager in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will carry out and support the implementation of sales enablement programs that promote increased sales of Red Hat Training and Certification offerings to Red Hat’s customers through Red Hat’s GLS sales associates. You’ll play the primary role in enabling the GLS sales teams in all regions and you’ll collaborate with program managers responsible for sales enablement of other Red Hat’s and external partner sales teams. As a Global Learning Program Manager, you will have an opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of key sales enablement programs. Your success will be heavily dependent on consistent high-quality collaboration and engagement with internal teams across the organization.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Develop an ongoing sales training and education process and program encompassing live training sessions, information updates about our offerings, planning and facilitation of monthly weekly calls, job aids, etc.
    • Perform needs assessment, development of an ongoing plan with a focus on continuous improvement measured through participant feedback, and assessment and monitoring and correlation of sales performance and KBIs
    • Support the development, updating, and populating of a central sales information repository and portal
    • Provide regular communication to the GLS team on updates, including review of content and asset library to keep assets current, relevant, and effective
    • Support key sales enablement initiatives as directed by manager, including cross-sell programs and training sales team enablement
    • Work with marketing and other teams to create new assets for representatives and to repurpose existing assets to support sales teams and channels
    • Support the creation and implementation of ongoing sales feedback mechanisms, including sales representative councils, participation of representatives in key projects and surveys, etc.
    • Participate in key sales meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and calls as directed by the manager
    • Handle and respond to inbound inquiries and requests from the GLS sales team
    • Work on other projects as directed by manager

    Required skills

    • 5+ years of sales enablement experience
    • Prior experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC), including knowledge of creating dashboards and sales reporting
    • Ability to work on your own with a high degree of self-discipline and self-direction under limited supervision
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling many projects and responsibilities with the ability to reprioritize effectively when needed
    • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships across multiple teams
    • Excellent communication skills, including writing (samples of work are a plus), editing, presentation creation and delivery, and verbal, all with extreme attention to detail and accuracy
    • Experience delivering training to sales teams; ability to deliver training in person as well as live via the internet
    • Willingness to occasionally work outside of business hours, early and late, to collaborate with key Red Hat’s and partner associates in international locations
    • Willingness to travel up to 30%, including international travel
    • Experience working in a sales enablement capacity with a multi-channel organization in a high-tech business is a plus
    • Experience with the Apptus quote-to-close software is a plus
