The Red Hat Certified Technology Ecosystem team is looking for an exceptional and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join us in Westford, MA. In this role, you will help us build community and membership scale for Red Hat Partner Connect, the world's largest open commercial technology partner ecosystem. You'll work to develop and carry out an effective inbound and outbound digital marketing plan for the purpose of targeting and recruiting technology companies to join the program and engage with our offerings and to generate awareness with our customer base for our certified partner applications. You'll be responsible for the management, measurement, and implementation of digital marketing for our partner acquisition nurture programs, working to carry out plans, test, and iterate based on performance metrics. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will employ a heavy bias towards automation, always looking for ways to achieve optimal partner experience and internal efficiencies in a scalable way. You’ll need to have a record of success in implementing global nurture email marketing programs and leading day-to-day management of email operations, including project management, build, quality assurance (QA), deployment, and reporting. You’ll also need to have experience in a high-performance digital marketing automation team, guiding targeting and customer or partner segmentation for digital campaigns and setting and applying email and digital marketing best practices to determine new opportunities that will improve the partner experience. You will engage with internal Red Hat’s cross-company marketing stakeholders, including our corporate and product teams, while being acutely tuned to industry and competitor trends and supporting our overall marketing plans both for and with our technology partners.
