The Red Hat Global Sales Operations team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Sales Operations team to support global partners and alliances team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will become part of a strategic team delivering high value to partner-facing sales teams. You'll be a key member of the team, providing support and structure to the partner sales teams by improving processes. In addition, you’ll be responsible for creating and leading the adoption of operational planning processes that have enterprise-wide impacts. You’ll work with regional and global teams to examine the current state of affairs, identify options for improvement, and guide the regional operations teams on changes required in order to gain adoption and the desired future state. As a Program Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to increase strategic and long-term program practices in partnership with the partner and corporate teams and executive leadership. Reporting into Senior Director of Global Partners and Alliances, you’ll have the privilege of working closely with global channel sales teams, including leadership, to create the best solutions for channel programs.
