    Job summary

    The Red Hat Marketing Enablement team is looking for a Change Management Intern to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will be on the front lines, supporting technology and process changes for the Global Marketing team using communication and project management skills. Your efforts will help enable marketers to be successful in their roles as they work to create awareness and demand.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Support the Marketing Enablement team by creating effective communication plans and messages to manage internal tool changes and process optimizations
    • Understand stakeholder responsibilities and needs and align them with change management methodologies and communication strategies that promote adoption
    • Use research and marketing trends to inform content design and program development
    • Partner with IT Productivity, Internal Communications, and Change Management teams to develop the core positioning and messaging for new offerings

    Required skills

    • Ability to work full-time hours during summer 2020 in the location listed
    • Currently pursuing a business degree or related coursework
    • Interest in fast-paced change management and enablement environment
    • Ability to successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to handle many competing priorities and deadlines
    • Excellent team orientation; highly collaborative
    • Passionate about learning and helping others be successful
    • Curiosity for using creative communication techniques to gain awareness
