The Red Hat Legal team is looking for an experienced, motivated, and highly qualified corporate attorney to join us as a Senior Corporate Counsel in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will assist in the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of Red Hat’s anti-corruption compliance program. You will partner closely with key business functions, including legal, sales and services, global partner alliance management, finance, internal audit, procurement, and HR, to implement globally consistent, outstanding processes and provide guidance and training to further the strategic goals of our global anti-corruption compliance program. You’ll need to have an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and constantly evolving environment. As a Senior Corporate Counsel, you will report to the Senior Managing Counsel for Compliance and you’ll interact directly with business teams and executives. You’ll need to be able to manage multiple complex matters at the same time and provide nuanced advice and guidance to an entrepreneurial and rapidly expanding organization across geographies, cultures, and functions. You’ll need to have passion for working collaboratively with others. You’ll get an opportunity to gain meaningful familiarity with Red Hat's global business and to quickly become a strategic partner to the business and an integral member of the Legal team. You’ll help Red Hat achieve our goals in the areas of collaboration, transparency, and integrity and maintain continued growth as the world's leader in enterprise open source solutions. You’ll work as part of a team of senior legal professionals to advance and support Red Hat’s growth strategy and excellent corporate governance around the globe.
