The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Senior Manager for the Carolinas region to join us in North Carolina or in the Atlanta, GA area. In this role, you will report to the Regional Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic, being instrumental in developing and implementing growth strategies and a comprehensive solutions approach to reach enterprise customers for Red Hat. You'll need to have a dynamic and creative approach to managing your team of sales professionals. As a Senior Manager, you will also need to be team-oriented and passionate with solid problem-solving skills. You will need to build and maintain relatonships with our customers to help strengthen Red Hat's value messaging and delivery, ensuring team and customer success.
