    Job summary

    The Red Hat People (HR) team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing talent team and partner with our Products and Technologies (PnT) team in Westford or Boston, MA. In this role, you will work in a collaborative environment, partnering with other recruiters and hiring managers to effectively guide searches and discover new ways to engage candidates. You’ll need to have a record of success, a direct approach to your work, and an ability to engage candidates in meaningful and thoughtful conversations.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Build healthy relationships with your colleagues and hiring managers to deepen your understanding of what the best recruiting approaches are; identify various channels to use and achieve goals within
    • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates by guiding initiatives like sourcing, referrals, branding, and events
    • Evangelize the Red Hat’s culture and maintain a positive candidate experience
    • Proactively market potential candidates to hiring managers
    • Manage candidate pipelines with our candidate relationship management (CRM) tool Avature

    Required skills

    • Proven record of recruiting talent in the technical or software industry
    • Motivated with passion for technology
    • Curious with the ability to follow current business trends and strategies
    • Proactive attitude with initiative and ability work with a sense of urgency
    • Resilient with the ability to get past roadblocks using creative problem-solving skills
    • Looking for a team that enjoys having fun while helping to grow the company
