The Red Hat Data Security and Privacy (DS+P) team is looking for a Program Manager focused on communications and change management to join us in Raleigh, NC or Westford, MA. In this role, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for partnering cross functionally to secure and maintain the privacy of Red Hat's customer data. You'll work closely with globally distributed engineering, information security, legal, and technical support teams and focus on supporting customer data privacy needs. You’ll need to have experience with process and data analysis, project management, and business analysis to understand the requirements and business drivers for Red Hat's systems and processes. As a Program Manager, you will create and implement change management strategies and common processes across multiple projects within the DS+P team. You’ll focus on the security and privacy of customer data, including changes to governmental rules and regulations. You’ll work to promote faster adoption of the changes that impact customer data while understanding the value and benefit of security changes. You will create a set of standard best practices and a consistent framework for change management to be used for Sales enablement.
