    Job summary

    The Red Hat Sales Enablement team is looking for a Program Manager to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will collaborate on sales messaging enablement with our global stakeholders across business teams, sales leaders, and other internal enablement organizations. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the ability to use language and messaging to help increase awareness of content and resources available to sales to help sales pipeline acceleration and improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of messaging delivery. You’ll serve as a point of contact for various organizational areas, including working with our regional advocates, other regional and global sales leaders, and ecosystem sales, sales operations, internal sales development and training, marketing, and product business teams. As a Program Manager, you will help guide collaboration, communication, and visibility, while improving processes, setting milestones, and helping the Sales Enablement team serve as a conduit to the right information. You’ll provide diplomatic and timely communication, support teams within an agile work environment, and manage multiple requests and projects at the same time. You’ll make plans and set and reset expectations when the plans change.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Organize, prioritize, and manage incoming messaging enablement requests, involving team members and senior management
    • Work with other Sales Enablement team members to conduct an analysis of the current state of sales productivity in cooperation with the sales operations team
    • Establish metrics and objectives for sales enablement and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity
    • Develop sales enablement messaging to help share best practices around the globe through the creation of easy to find and use content
    • Conduct an analysis of current skills, knowledge, and processes and work with the sales leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development specific to sales messages
    • Work with the Sales Enablement team to develop and manage a sales enablement roadmap by providing a dashboard of information for executive consumption
    • Socialize and market effective sales playbooks by field sales team in close collaboration with regional sales, sales architects, ecosystem sales, sales operations, sales development and training, marketing, and the product business team
    • Assist in the preparation of slide presentations and spreadsheets as needed

    Required skills

    • Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree or an MBA is a plus
    • 5+ years of sales, sales operations, or sales enablement experience with global high-tech B2B organizations
    • Experience creating and implementing successful sales processes, methodologies, and sales playbook initiatives
    • Experience building effective field sales onboarding and sales training programs
    • Ability to create and track metrics that demonstrate constant increases in sales productivity
