The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Business and Change Management Analyst to join us preferably in Raleigh, NC or remotely. In this role, you will analyze and document the consulting services business processes and develop training, communications, and success measures. You’ll develop and carry out rollout plans of new platforms or features to the field. You’ll develop networks with end users and serve as a point of contact between the business and the project teams. As a Business and Change Management Analyst, you will also provide regional business expertise back to the the Global Services Operations team regarding the regional business and represent the voice of the customer. You’ll need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to support multiple teams and regions for Red Hat's fast-growing Services team.
