    Job summary

    The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Business and Change Management Analyst to join us preferably in Raleigh, NC or remotely. In this role, you will analyze and document the consulting services business processes and develop training, communications, and success measures. You’ll develop and carry out rollout plans of new platforms or features to the field. You’ll develop networks with end users and serve as a point of contact between the business and the project teams. As a Business and Change Management Analyst, you will also provide regional business expertise back to the the Global Services Operations team regarding the regional business and represent the voice of the customer. You’ll need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to support multiple teams and regions for Red Hat's fast-growing Services team. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Identify and address gaps in sub-regional and regional Consulting business processes, constructing and distributing alternative guidance and enabling stakeholders on revised solutions
    • Document regional and global business processes for internal and global initiatives
    • Coordinate and lead business process training and enablement
    • Facilitate and guide change management efforts among cross-region stakeholders, including the creation and implementation of change management and communication plans  
    • Construct and distribute communications and notifications; providing stakeholders with overall transparency, status updates, quarterly newsletters, and best practices
    • Develop and maintain relationships with critical stakeholders to ensure that the needs of all audiences are met and expectations are exceeded
    • Serve as business analyst on internal project teams, gathering requirements, grooming user stories, performing user acceptance testing (UAT), constructing and delivering training, and distributing communications
    • Aid in construction, maintenance, and curating of KPI dashboards and reports
    • Construct knowledge repository for Consulting initiatives, internal business processes, useful information, status updates, reports and dashboards, etc.

    Required skills

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3+ years of experience in a consulting or services organization
    • Proven business analysis and change management experience
    • Ability to take complex concepts and translate them into user friendly training materials
    • Experience with user enablement and training
    • Basic project management skills, Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate is a plus
    • Results-oriented and motivated; sense of personal accountability
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to interact successfully with various stakeholders and customers
