The Red Hat Global Partner and Technical Enablement team is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join us in North Carolina. In this role, you will manage and lead the global DevOps and automation group, tasked with delivery and development programs and initiatives to support the successful delivery of advanced in-person enablement to Red Hat’s associates and partners focusing on Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and automation technologies. Your team will be charged with the creation and delivery of enablement content in collaboration with engineering, business units (BUs), and other program leaders. You’ll utilize and drive DevOps and Agile methodologies throughout the process. You will lead content services, assist with infrastructure operations, and take part in infrastructure innovation. You’ll need to consistently collaborate with internal teams across the organization, including services, solutions architects, the global and regional partner teams, and the Red Hat PnT BU and engineering.
