    Job summary

    Red Hat's Talent Acquisition (TA) team is looking for an experienced Support Analyst to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you’ll work directly with the Director of Global TA Operations and the TA Leadership team to enable the day-to-day operations and long-term goals of a fast-paced, customer-focused, high-growth team. You will be part of the TA Global Operations team and you'll participate in the ongoing creation, development, management, and support of key operational and strategic initiatives. As a Support Analyst, you will coordinate and facilitate daily team operations and global team meetings.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Serve as the main point of contact for creating presentation slides and generating reports that measure the effectiveness of programs and customer success
    • Produce content and communication to support TA initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
    • Facilitate and manage team meetings through tasks like content and action planning, logistics, and note taking
    • Identify, recommend, and implement improvements in meeting structure and content
    • Manage and maintain the internal sites for TA teams including calendars, conferences and events, business processes, and project portfolios
    • Support the TA Global Operations team with project management for key strategic initiatives and serve as the global coordinator for TA leadership team activities

    Required skills

    • 4+ years of experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Solid proficiency in presentation, spreadsheet, and other general business software
    • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
    • Desire to learn and continually fuel personal career growth opportunities by contributing value at the highest level on a continuous basis
    • Excellent analytical capabilities and a metrics-focused mindset
    • Ability to work well in a heavily collaborative team environment and deliver solid results
    • Capability to handle multiple priorities and prioritize shifting demands on short notice
    • Outstanding attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed expectations on all commitments and maintain focus on details
    • Passion and ability to promote methods, procedures, systems, or process improvements that reduce time and effort and enhance scalability
    • Ability to guide action in a timely manner and encourage teams to achieve results rather than accepting delays
    • TA experience is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering is a plus
