The Red Hat Training and Certification team is looking for a Manager to join us in the U.S. In this role, you will manage a globally dispersed team developing Red Hat’s excellent training courses. You will apply your agile and DevOps knowledge to oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring the quality and velocity of the outputs. You will work strategically by helping to design and deploy innovative training offerings and tactically by managing continuous innovation and scrum practices used for regular developing and shipping of incremental releases for multiple offerings. You’ll challenge and nurture the team while finding new ways to raise the business value we provide. You will also use your analytical skills to estimate projects, measure performance, and report to senior leadership.
