Through your engagements with enablement of other teams and direct change management implementation, you will continually refine and evolve the standards and tools curated by the center of excellence. You will partner with the Red Hat People (HR) Change Management Practice team to adapt best practices and tools they have created for Red Hat as a whole to the specific needs of projects within the IT teams.
