The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a hybrid cloud platforms focused Software Sales Specialist to join us in the southern California or Arizona area as part of the North American Commercial Sales organization. In this role, you will manage the adoption of Red Hat's cloud and middleware solutions and own the overall outcome for cloud platform product and services sales, collaborating closely within a matrixed sales organization. Your tasks will include creating sales opportunities in new and existing customer accounts through well-planned demand generation efforts. You'll enable Red Hat’s customers to define, develop, and deploy modern management strategies by collaborating with account executives, solution architects, and our partner ecosystem. You will also produce success stories about key strategic projects that will be referenced internally throughout Red Hat. This is a senior level sales position. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
