  • Influence, educate, maintain, and prioritize the requirements backlog while communicating and managing expectations with stakeholders
  • Translate requirements for larger data initiatives into smaller, actionable pieces to be delivered in increments
  • Balance the strategy, governance, and implementation of data-related initiatives and facilitate conversations between all impacted stakeholders who consume the product
  • Participate in project planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings
  • Develop and maintain standards for testing and progress visibility
  • Champion a product environment that is customer centric, agile, outcome-oriented, and cross collaborative
  • Provides encouragement, recognition, and support to the team

  • Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle and agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
  • Proven analytical and product management skills, including in-depth understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational requirements

  • Innovative and analytical problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team and in a collaborative environment
