The Red Hat Customer Content Services team is looking for a Technical Writer to join our OpenShift team. In this role, you will be part of a team that promotes customer loyalty and success through content development and delivery. You will create and be responsible for customer-facing technical documentation that accompanies Red Hat offerings, which will be made available online through the Red Hat Customer Portal. You will define the scope of, quality test, and deliver writing projects while maintaining a customer focus by participating in existing feedback programs and consistently developing your technical expertise. Drawing from your passion for both technology and communication, you will work closely with developers, engineers, field teams and support engineers, and other subject matter experts to create and edit content that helps our customers understand our offerings and find the best solutions for their needs. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
